4.1 Due to the perishable nature of coffee and related products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and order details.
4.2 We reserve the right to reject any request for a refund or replacement if:
